Customer Service

So, almost a month ago I ordered a copy of my daughter's birth certificate so that we can get passports so that we can go on our summer vacation to Canada. Weeks have gone by and I have not received the certificate. This weekend I did some investigating. The company I ordered if from says it's been sent to UPS; UPS says they haven't received it. And I can't get a live person to talk to about it to save my life. And it made me appreciate Longaberger and the consultants that work for them (for you) and how I hope we make your lives easier and simple by being available to you!!
